Ingredients
- 1 baguette french bread
- 3 oz cream cheese softened
- 15 oz diced tomatoes drained
- 1 onion (medium) diced
- 2 garlic (cloves) chopped
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- fresh grated parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°.
- Slice loaf of bread in half lengthwise, and place on ungreased baking sheet.
- Mix softened cream cheese with oregano and basil to taste.
- Spread seasoned cream cheese on bread, layer tomatoes, onion and garlic.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until tips of onions brown.
