Ingredients
  

  • 1 baguette french bread
  • 3 oz cream cheese softened
  • 15 oz diced tomatoes drained
  • 1 onion (medium) diced
  • 2 garlic (cloves) chopped
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • fresh grated parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300°.
  • Slice loaf of bread in half lengthwise, and place on ungreased baking sheet.
  • Mix softened cream cheese with oregano and basil to taste.
  • Spread seasoned cream cheese on bread, layer tomatoes, onion and garlic.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until tips of onions brown.
