Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1/2 – 3/4 cup taco sauce
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 package shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • onion and green pepper optional

Instructions
 

  • Brown ground beef and drain.
  • Add water, onion soup mix, taco seasoning, onion & green pepper (if desired) and simmer 15 – 20 minutes.
  • Place in crock pot and add refried beans, taco sauce, and cheese.
  • Heat until cheese is melted.
  • Serve with taco chips.
