Rose’s Guacamole

Rose’s Guacamole
Ingredients
- 3 large avocados
- ½ small red onion sm. dice
- 1 bunch of cilantro chopped
- 1 Roma tomato small dice
- ½ of a lime
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder to taste
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 jalapeño finely diced, to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Cut avocados in half and scoop out flesh with a spoon.
- Immediately squeeze lime juice over avocados to help prevent browning.
- Add garlic powder, chili powder, and salt.
- Mash to desired consistency with fork or metal potato masher.
- Add chopped cilantro, red onion, and jalapeño (if using).
- Mix to combine.
- Add diced tomatoes, with an additional pinch of salt on top.
- Stir mixture.
- Serve with tortillas & salsa, margaritas, and enchiladas.
