Rose’s Guacamole

Rose’s Guacamole

Ingredients
  

  • 3 large avocados
  • ½ small red onion sm. dice
  • 1 bunch of cilantro chopped
  • 1 Roma tomato small dice
  • ½ of a lime
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder to taste
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 jalapeño finely diced, to taste (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Cut avocados in half and scoop out flesh with a spoon.
  • Immediately squeeze lime juice over avocados to help prevent browning.
  • Add garlic powder, chili powder, and salt.
  • Mash to desired consistency with fork or metal potato masher.
  • Add chopped cilantro, red onion, and jalapeño (if using).
  • Mix to combine.
  • Add diced tomatoes, with an additional pinch of salt on top.
  • Stir mixture.
  • Serve with tortillas & salsa, margaritas, and enchiladas.
