Hot Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 2 6.5 oz jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup 3 oz grated fresh
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic pressed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Combine artichokes, spinach, sour cream and mayonnaise in bowl.
- Add Parmesan cheese and garlic; mix well and spoon into baking dish.
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
- Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, or bread.
- Yield 3 cups, serves 24.
