Ingredients
  

  • 2 6.5 oz jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup 3 oz grated fresh
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic pressed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Combine artichokes, spinach, sour cream and mayonnaise in bowl.
  • Add Parmesan cheese and garlic; mix well and spoon into baking dish.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
  • Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, or bread.
  • Yield 3 cups, serves 24.
