Sausage Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb sausage
  • oregano to taste
  • dill to taste
  • 1 med. onion chopped
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 4 oz can mushrooms chopped
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 13.8 oz Pillsbury pizza crusts
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • In large skillet, brown sausage, onion, green pepper, and mushrooms.
  • Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and dill.
  • Drain well.
  • Beat eggs with Parmesan cheese.
  • Roll out one pizza crust into large rectangle.
  • Spread ½ egg mixture on top of dough.
  • Sprinkle ½ meat mixture over egg mixture.
  • Roll up like a jelly roll and place seam side down on a cookie sheet.
  • Repeat with remaining crust.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • Butter top and allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
