Sausage Bread

Sausage Bread
Ingredients
- 2 lb sausage
- oregano to taste
- dill to taste
- 1 med. onion chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 4 oz can mushrooms chopped
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 13.8 oz Pillsbury pizza crusts
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In large skillet, brown sausage, onion, green pepper, and mushrooms.
- Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and dill.
- Drain well.
- Beat eggs with Parmesan cheese.
- Roll out one pizza crust into large rectangle.
- Spread ½ egg mixture on top of dough.
- Sprinkle ½ meat mixture over egg mixture.
- Roll up like a jelly roll and place seam side down on a cookie sheet.
- Repeat with remaining crust.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Butter top and allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
